PWN Global: Webinar Project Lead 

GLOBAL ROLE

PWN Global is seeking an exceptionally organised individual to ensure the ongoing delivery of the PWN Global Webinar series. 

Role description includes:

• Create and present annual business case to PWN Global Board for continuation of Webinar project
• Agree annual theme for webinars with PWN Global Board
• Creation of annual webinar programme – including attraction of applications, review of applications and selection final sessions
• Manage a team of three volunteers (Host Management, Webinar Admin and Webinar Analytics)
• Promote all webinars to maximise attendance, via regular PWN Global communications channels
• Manage the technical run through with hosts
• Act as the consistent voice of PWN Webinar with professional, confident broadcasting skills
• Ensure webinar recordings are made available to our PWN members

Skills

• Strong organisation, communication and team management skills
• Broad understanding of broadcasting and online webinar delivery
• Ability to speak English in a confident, clear and correct manner
• Ability to put the webinar hosts at ease and enable them to deliver their content in a calm, professional and well prepared environment
• Ability to creatively problem solve technical issues in high-stress environments
• Adaptable and agile in the event of diary changes and crisis management
  
  

Time commitment: 6-8hrs per month, dependent on team delivery.
